Eb·en·e·zer –Hebrew word meaning “stone of help” I was only a boy when I first heard the word “Ebenezer” in my Sunday school class with Bob and Sharon Depew.  I liked the idea of stacking the stones up to mark something important happening, and quickly went home to try it myself. Later in college, I saw large stones set in the countryside of Europe, Ebenezer’s on a more grand scale.
