How do I get there?

If you are out of state and too far to drive, you will likely fly into either Muskegon County Airport or Gerald R. Ford Airport in Grand Rapids. While Muskegon is closer (just a few minutes away), there are fewer flight times and participants have sometimes found flights landing very close to the 5pm Sunday night start time for The Journey. Grand Rapids is about a 45-55 minute drive to Maranatha.

We don’t often know whether shuttles can be offered until closer to the event, but we will often send out an option for people to ride-share from the airports. Rentals and Uber are also options.

Event Description

This 5-day training equips participants to be better small group leaders through the first-hand experience of our curriculum. OHM’s intensive and experiential group-based model has two tracks—The Journey Begins and The Journey Continues. All participants for The Journey Continues must be returning seminar attendees. The Journey Seminar includes:

• Biblical teaching
• Worship
• Group facilitation training
• Small group experience
• Feedback from trained coaches and peers
• Observation and experience of pursuit in deeper issues
• Care for your own story

You can find a calendar of events at https://ohmin.org/ohmin-trainings/. Click on the event you are interested in and at the bottom of the event page, you will find tickets for your event.

Group Rates & Pastor/Alumni Rates

Group Rate, Alumni Rate, and Pastor Rate – text Darin at 269-389-9491 and state whether coming as group (and # of people), alumni, or pastor. He will provide you the code or payment plan details.

If three or more people from the same ministry or area register to attend together, they can each receive a discounted group rate.
